Anos 60´s
UMA NOTA IMPORTANTE Neste início de ano, fomos surpreendidos por uma situação
muito deságradavel, a existência de um "outro"
The Jet Black´s, o que claro não poderia acontecer...Infelizmente
pudemos constatar, que tratava-se de pessoas conhecidas: os Srs Delamonica
e Emílio Russo (The Spark´s).Pensamos conosco, "pô
se eles já tem a banda deles, o que querem com a nossa?? Mas
enfim, entramos em contato pessoalmente com o Delamonica, que nos deu
a seguinte explicação: "Eu consultei a marca, e vi
que estava extinta, então eu peguei....." Esclareço
que a marca estava extinta sim, mas apenas há alguns meses, acontece
que o prazo de validade da marca venceu exatamente na mesma época
da morte do meu pai, que foi um período muito tumultuado, mas
isso já está sendo resolvido, (estamos recuperando o que
é nosso de direito).Porém eu pergunto, qual direito ele
teria de fazer isso, uma vez que ele nunca foi do The Jet Black´s??
O Emílio realmente tocou na banda, mas isso na década
de 60 por um curto período. Além disso, eles sabiam muito
bem que até a morte, meu pai (Jurandy, que foi sempre quem conduziu
a banda, e o único presente em todos os discos) estava na ativa
com a banda, havíamos gravado um disco em 2003, e que a intenção
dele era de que eu desse continuidade a esse trabalho (o que venho fazendo).
Esclareço ainda que nossa atual foramação, é
a mesma que está presente nesse último disco, apenas com
a substituição do meu pai. |
